At SaniThais (Sanithais.com), we offer a 7-day window for returns and refunds starting from the date of your order. Unfortunately, once this period has passed, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging, including any tax stickers.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If necessary, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected].
In the event of incorrect pricing due to technical errors, we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice. While we strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, system malfunctions, typographical errors, or data entry mistakes may occur. In such cases, we will notify customers of the correct price, and any orders based on incorrect prices may be voided at our discretion. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
However, if the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Returns Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to the fulfilment agent that delivered your items.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For returning more expensive items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
